To leave this earth having done all that we needed to do, made right with all the people we needed to, loved without strings attached, fulfilled the missions that burned in our hearts, to have seen our greatest achievements passed on to our successors for their benefit and stewardship. Today I sat in church, and it hit me like a wave: How much do we lose by holding back? Surely more than we would lose if we made the effort. We owe it to the world to make our contribution, we owe it to the world to try give more than we perceive to have ever received. This blog is part of my contribution, one of the things in my diary that I do in the hope that it will count in somebody’s life. Naïve perhaps, but it is a contribution nonetheless. What is your contribution? What’s in your diary?
