Have you actually taken to heart?
With so much content
So readily available-
How much of it can we actually process?
And how long after consuming one sound bite
Should one wait before consuming another?
What does mental obesity look like?
When do we know when
We’ve had enough?
And once we know
What do we do with all the extra weight?
